Mountain Dreams was originally a family sleep consultant & registered counsellor; then, as she worked with more families and grew a counselling + sexual health and education business, it became evident that the transitions parents needed support with, extended well beyond a child’s bedroom. So, she rolled up the experience with sleep expertise, counselling, positive parenting training, behavioural studies and personal experience mom-ing to land here.

The evolution of Mountain Dreams from a pediatric sleep consulting practice, to a much more dynamic space of continued support for families navigating the ever-changing seasons of parenting from infancy through early adolescence — meant communicating this shift with intention.⁠ The brand had to have a youthful appeal that felt open & safe.
