+ Fill out the application form along with your design wish list in priority order. We will review to make sure this is a good fit for your business and that we can accomplish what you need within your desired booking.
+ If the stars align, we hop on a 30 minute clarity call (or Voxer session if you prefer) to go over your goals and vision for the deliverables in your booking and make sure we are clear on what we need you to provide ahead of your day.
+ We send you a link to book your date and pay for your booking. We also send you a link to a Google Drive folder or Dropbox to send your copy, homework and design assets needed ahead of your booking. *Copy and homework are due 7 days prior to your booking.
+ Your day is here! We start your day bright and early working on the wish list in priority order. You receive a first check-in via email or Asana at noon PST with a preview of our work in progress and to ensure we are on the right track. Final proofs for approval arrive at 3pm PST and we budget a bit of time for refinements afterwards at this stage if need.
The following day we meticulously prep your final files, sent to you 4pm the day after your booking along with personalized video tutorials on how to use your final files (i.e. ordering from printers, updating custom website sections etc.). Along with your beautiful designs, you also receive up to 7 days email support if you have any questions after file delivery.
