Dawn reached out with a desire for more than just a website redesign to support her big dreams and vision. She wanted a partner to walk alongside and support her with seasonal launches and brand visioning. She needed a website that could handle the massive spikes in traffic her launches bring, and a customer experience to match her vision at.

Our strategy work uncovered core design trends we could depart from to position WPF more meaningfully in the market, and give her audience a brand experience that matched the colourful seasonality that flowers themselves bring. We designed a suite of seed envelopes to breakway from the industry standard craft envelopes, with luxury paper stock and custom illustrations from my favourite illustration partner Natasshia Neary.
